- Climbing
- The Student Recreation Facility has a Climbing Center.
- Susi and Jonathan like to go to the Stone Age Rock Gym in Manchester on weekends. It’s great fun to join them!

- Check out the Brundage Pool’s opening hours in the Student Recreation Facilty.
- Ice skating
- The Freitas Ice Forum (close to I-lot) has hours for “Students Only” and for “Public”.
- Dancing
- Check out the UConn Ballroom Club (student organization). They have lessons and 2 practice sessions per week, and they do both American-style and International-style ballroom dances.
- There’s also the UConn Tap Club
- Outdoors
- The Student Recreation Facility’s Adventure Center organizes trips with students. You can rent equipment from them.

- On Thursday nights from 7-9 the bookstore in Storrs Center usually hosts a live jazz band comprised of UConn students.

- We try to get together regularly to play board games. Settlers of Catan is a big hit (also for Susi and Jonathan).
