Stegovec mini-course at UNG
Adrian Stegovec taught a mini-course at the University of Nova Gorica – Center for Cognitive Science of Language, between 17th June and 1st July, titled “Restrictions on the order and (co-)occurrence of clitic pronouns: From Slovenian to the world and back again”. The course consisted of five lectures:
- Setting the stage: Restrictions on the order and (co-)occurrence of clitic pronouns
- Person-based restrictions on Slovenian clitics: PCC or not PCC?
- A typological investigation of person restrictions
- A typological gap and why it’s there
- Finding the source of person restrictions
UConn Linguistics at the DGfS Summer School
The DGfS Summer School on Form-Meaning Mismatches in Spoken and Visual Communication is taking place at the University of Goettingen between August 12th-August 23rd, and Željko Bošković and Magdalena Kaufmann are both teaching courses at the summer school:

UConn Linguistics at the EGG
The Eastern Generative Grammar (EGG) summer school is taking place in Novi Sad, Serbia between July 24th-August 4th, and several UConn linguistics faculty and alumni are teaching courses at the summer school:

If you are interested in attending the summer school, registration has been extended to July 7th (the registration fee including dorm accommodation for two weeks is 250 EUR. Students from post-soviet countries are eligible for the reduced fee 210 EUR)

The 71st LSA Linguistic Institute is taking place at UMass Amherst June 19th-July14th, and several UConn linguistics faculty and alumni are teaching courses at the institute:

Magda and Stefan Kaufmann will be teaching at the summer school Conditionals 2022 (école thématique CNRS), held at the Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales (INALCO), Paris, France, June 13-17, 2022:
